We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
To return an item, apply for a refund through our returns and exchanges form here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. As we do not offer free returns, the shipping cost of returning an item are paid for by the customer.

Damages and issues
Should your order arrive damaged, please document the damages by taking pictures of the damaged goods. After that kindly apply for a refund through our returns and exchanges form here, we will contact you at the e-mail address you provided within 24 hours. After we have received your application for a return we will ask you for pictures of the damaged goods. Once we have inspected the pictures and deemed that the item is eligible to be exchanged for a new item we will send you instructions on how to send the item back to us. We will send you a new order with brand new products immediately.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
