At WIDA our aim is to offer you the smoothest and best shopping experience possible.

An important part of that experience is providing you with important information about how we handle and ship your orders, here you can find everything you need to know regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

Partner & shipping alternatives

All our packages are sent via PostNord. We currently only ship within the EU. There are two shipping alternatives, trackable and non trackable.
Non trackable shipping is sent with stamps. The cost within Sweden is 15kr and 30kr to the rest of the EU.
Trackable shipping costs 49kr within Sweden and 119kr to the rest of EU.

Delivery time 

Our orders are processed within 1 business day and the estimated delivery time within Sweden is 3-6 working days. Delivery time outside of Sweden may vary depending on the chosen destination.

How do I track my order?

The ability to track your order depends on if you chose the trackable shipping method in checkout or not. 
 If you chose the trackable shipping method we recommend installing postnords app to track your order, packages are automatically added based on your email address or phone number. 
 An alternative is to track your order via Postnord's website with the tracking number you receive. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us and we will send it to you.
